Office Manager

Titan Factory Direct 

Titan Factory Direct is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Manager to support our growing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently & professionally manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines at the same time. You must be comfortable handling difficult situations, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, contractors, and service providers
  • Process finance and loan-related documentation
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and office administration
  • Schedule contractors and coordinate project timelines
  • Maintain accurate customer files and records
  • Support daily sales center operations

Qualifications

  • Office Management experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in construction, homebuilding, manufactured housing, or a related industry is a plus
  • Loan processing, bookkeeping, or invoicing experience preferred
