The Position: We are looking for an Office Assistant I to join our growing team!
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum 2 office administration and/or customer service experience

Overview:
The Office Assistant I, under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, is responsible for the support of the Office Assistant II.
Essential Functions:
  • Schedules and routes delivery technicians as it relates to deliveries and pick up of medical equipment and service calls
  • Reschedule all shipment delays if they arise
  • Receives and coordinates calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources
  • Liaison between corporate and patient
  • Other tasks as assigned
