We are seeking a Spanish speaking, dependable, organized, and relationship-focused Office & Admissions Manager to serve as an essential member of our school team. This individual will be a welcoming presence for students, families, visitors, and staff while helping ensure the daily operations of our school run smoothly.
This position is much more than an office role. The Office & Admissions Manager is a trusted member of our school community who helps families experience the warmth of St. Stanislaus from their first inquiry through graduation. This person will play a key role in admissions, family communication, student support, office operations, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Position Responsibilities
The Office & Admissions Manager will:
Welcome & Support Our School Community
- Must be Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
- Serve as the first point of contact for families, visitors, students, and community members.
- Create a warm, professional, and welcoming front office environment.
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective families.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with students, parents, staff, and community partners.
Support Admissions & Enrollment Growth
- Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
- Communicate with prospective families and coordinate school tours.
- Support enrollment events, recruitment activities, and community outreach.
- Coordinate admissions assessments and Kindergarten screening.
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and student files.
Maintain Efficient School Operations
- Support daily office operations, including attendance, records, communication, and scheduling.
- Assist with school-wide communication and administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidential student information and required documentation.
- Collaborate with school leadership and staff to support the needs of students and families.
Support Student Health, Safety, and Well-Being
- Coordinate student health records, medications, and required documentation.
- Support students who are ill, injured, or require temporary assistance during the school day.
- Supervise students in the office setting when needed.
- Maintain awareness of building activity and follow established safety procedures.
- Exercise sound judgment and prioritize student safety in all situations.
Promote the St. Stanislaus Mission
- Support school communications, marketing efforts, and community events.
- Represent St. Stanislaus Catholic School with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Participate in occasional evening or weekend recruitment and school events.

- Proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Commitment to completing required diocesan training, including VIRTUS compliance.
