Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Administrative Assistant with a well-established construction company supporting a large-scale data center project in Sullivan, Indiana. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary administrative contact for the project site, ensuring employee documentation, compliance requirements, payroll support, and project-related processes remain organized and running efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Provide daily administrative support to project management and field operations teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project site and corporate departments.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including employee documentation, orientation scheduling, and compliance requirements.
• Support payroll processes through timecard review, payroll documentation, and certified payroll reporting.
• Assist with union compliance, dispatch paperwork, and workforce documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for employee and project records.
• Track and manage project-related documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and administrative records.
• Attend project meetings and support follow-up documentation and action items.
• Assist employees with personnel-related questions and administrative requests.
• Support project leadership with reporting, communication, and administrative needs.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee, payroll, and company information.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of administrative experience.
