Administrative Support- Arco Electric, Shelbyville IN
Are you able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining personal organization? Would you enjoy working in a collaborative team? Do you have experience with providing exceptional customer service?
If so, we want you on our team.
Arco Electric Products, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation specializing in the manufacturing of rotary phase converters, power factor correction capacitors, and bus bar assemblies.
What You'll Do as a Administrative Support
In this role, you will direct customers and vendors, manage calls, provide clerical support, and maintain a professional and positive environment.
You'll:
  • Perform administrative support functions as requested
  • Engage in location projects as needed
  • Plan and oversee the packing of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Generate accurate bill of ladings for all outbound shipments
  • Ensure timely pickups, regulatory requirements, and customer delivery expectations are met
  • Communicate proactively regarding customer shipment status, delays, or exceptions
