Travel OB Registered Nurse

Travel OB Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment at a critical access hospital near St. Francis, KS. The role focuses on delivering high-quality maternity and neonatal care during night shifts, with compensation up to $2,700 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring, postpartum, and antepartum patients
  • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
  • Assist physicians and providers during deliveries and obstetric procedures
  • Perform newborn assessments and provide immediate post-delivery care
  • Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding, and discharge planning
  • Respond quickly and effectively during obstetric emergencies
  • Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pediatric providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Kansas or Compact License preferred)
