Job description

Position Summary

HRU is seeking an experienced Recruiter for an initial 2โ€“3 month contract, with potential to convert to full-time. This role focuses on recruiting talent through Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs while supporting light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, and professional staffing needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer presentation, and onboarding support
  • Recruit across light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, engineering, administrative, and professional roles
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Manage requisitions through MSP/VMS platforms, ensuring compliance with submission guidelines and SLAs
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and VMS portals; track metrics including submittals, interviews, and fill rates
  • Partner with account managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and improve fulfillment performance
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely communication throughout the process


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience with MSP/VMS programs and high-volume recruiting
  • Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting technologies
  • Experience with VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, etc.) preferred
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, or trades recruiting a plus
