Job Summary:
HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the IT delivery of a Planview implementation. The role involves coordinating technical activities, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful deployment of a complex enterprise SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all IT-related activities for the deployment of Planview
• Coordinate technical planning, configuration, integration, and rollout with internal IT teams and external stakeholders
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for implementation, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business goals
• Manage dependencies across infrastructure, security, identity management, integrations, and applications
• Track progress, risks, milestones, and issues, and escalate as needed
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and governance requirements
• Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities
• Facilitate communication between IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and adoption
Qualifications:
Required:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing IT activities for system implementations or enterprise application deployments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams (infrastructure, security, IAM, integrations, applications)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
