POSITION SUMMARY
Entrega is seeking an experienced Strategic Program Manager to lead the structured execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that advance organizational performance, growth, and operational effectiveness.

This role translates executive priorities into clear implementation plans, governance structures, milestones, accountability frameworks, and measurable outcomes. The Strategic Program Manager works across business functions to create alignment, maintain execution momentum, identify obstacles early, and ensure strategic initiatives move successfully from concept through implementation and sustained operation.

Working closely with executive leadership and Service Performance Operations, the Strategic Program Manager provides the structure and discipline required to execute initiatives that span functions such as Client Services, Client Delivery, Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and other areas of the organization.

This is not a traditional project-management role focused on a single client engagement or delivery project. It is an enterprise execution role for a professional who can bring structure to ambiguity, coordinate complex organizational change, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable results across multiple functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives sponsored by executive and organizational leadership.
  • Translate strategic objectives and executive priorities into clear programs, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, ownership, and measures of success.
  • Maintain end-to-end visibility into initiative progress and ensure execution remains aligned with intended business outcomes.
  • Coordinate dependencies and actions across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Identify execution risks, blockers, and accountability gaps early and drive appropriate resolution.
  • Ensure initiatives progress beyond planning and achieve meaningful implementation, adoption, and measurable results.
• Program Planning & Execution
  • Develop structured implementation plans for strategic initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, risks, and decision points.
  • Break complex or ambiguous priorities into manageable phases and actionable workstreams.
  • Establish realistic execution sequencing and clarify requirements across participating functions.
  • Monitor progress against commitments and ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
  • Adjust plans appropriately as business priorities, constraints, or conditions change.

• Governance & Accountability
  • Establish governance structures and operating cadences appropriate to the scope and importance of each initiative.

• Executive Portfolio Visibility
  • Maintain visibility across assigned strategic initiatives and enterprise priorities.
  • Develop concise, executive-ready reporting that communicates status, performance, risks, decisions, and expected outcomes.
  • Identify interdependencies, competing priorities, or resource constraints across initiatives.
  • Provide leadership with clear information to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Help distinguish initiatives that require executive intervention from those that can be resolved through normal operating channels.
  • Ensure reporting emphasizes outcomes and accountability rather than activity alone.
• Operating Model & Process Implementation
  • Support the design and implementation of organizational operating models, governance structures, management systems, and performance frameworks.
  • Translate new organizational concepts into practical processes, roles, responsibilities, workflows, and operating practices.
  • Develop implementation tools such as playbooks, process documentation, accountability matrices, governance materials, and rollout plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional adoption of new processes and operating practices.
  • Identify gaps between intended operating models and actual execution and help leadership close those gaps.
  • Support the transition of completed initiatives into sustainable ongoing operations with clear ownership and measurement.
• Performance & Results Management
  • Establish appropriate measures of success for strategic initiatives and maintain visibility into expected versus actual outcomes.
  • Connect initiative milestones to broader organizational performance objectives where appropriate.
  • Identify when activity is not translating into results and drive corrective action with accountable stakeholders.
  • Support leadership in clarifying targets, deliverables, and performance expectations for major initiatives.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations regarding initiative performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
  • Coordinate senior leaders and functional stakeholders around shared initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate structured decision-making when responsibilities, priorities, or approaches are unclear.
  • Drive clarity regarding roles, responsibilities, sequencing, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed commitments while maintaining productive working relationships.
  • Navigate competing priorities and differing functional perspectives to maintain forward progress.

• Change Implementation & Adoption
  • Develop practical approaches to introducing and implementing new processes, governance structures, tools, or organizational practices.
  • Identify stakeholders affected by changes and ensure roles, expectations, and impacts are understood.
  • Support communication, training, rollout, and adoption activities required for successful implementation.
  • Monitor adoption following implementation and identify areas requiring additional reinforcement or adjustment.
  • Help ensure strategic initiatives result in sustainable changes to how the organization operates.
  • Capture lessons learned and incorporate them into future initiative execution.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate how Entrega plans, governs, and executes strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and practices that increase the organization's ability to execute cross-functional priorities.
  • Apply lessons learned across programs to improve speed, clarity, accountability, and execution quality.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify governance and reduce unnecessary administrative complexity.
  • Help strengthen Entrega's overall organizational execution capability as the company grows.

QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.

• Experience
  • 7-12+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management, enterprise transformation, management consulting, business operations, organizational transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience translating strategic objectives or executive priorities into structured implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience developing governance structures, accountability frameworks, operating models, or performance-management practices.
  • Experience managing multiple interconnected workstreams and organizational dependencies simultaneously.
  • Experience driving initiatives in environments where participating stakeholders do not report directly to the role.
  • Experience working directly with senior or executive leadership on organizational priorities.
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, technology services, or another fast-paced, performance-driven organization strongly preferred.
