Job Summary:
Entrega is a Michigan-headquartered technology professional services firm delivering enterprise solutions to global clients. The Strategic Program Manager will support the Director of Service Performance Management by driving cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensuring that enterprise-level initiatives move from strategy to disciplined execution.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives sponsored by executive leadership
• Translate high-level objectives into structured program roadmaps and milestones
• Drive implementation of operating model enhancements, governance rollouts, and performance frameworks
• Coordinate stakeholders across Service Delivery, Resource Operations, HR, Finance, and Client Services
• Identify execution risk early and escalate when accountability stalls
• Ensure initiatives are completed with measurable adoption and impact
• Maintain and manage the SPM initiative roadmap
• Establish structured cadence for initiative tracking and reporting
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready visibility into program status
• Monitor interdependencies across SPM functions (Resource Operations, HR Operations, Delivery Systems, etc.)
• Reinforce governance standards and structured execution discipline
• Convert ambiguous executive concepts into actionable implementation frameworks
• Develop playbooks, governance documentation, and rollout artifacts
• Design accountability matrices and milestone tracking systems
• Support the Director of SPM in prioritizing initiatives based on organizational impact
• Ensure initiatives align with margin discipline, utilization performance, and structural integrity
• Facilitate structured decision-making across senior leaders
• Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon milestones
• Drive clarity in roles, responsibilities, and execution sequencing
• Support change adoption and communication planning
• Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Director of SPM
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7–12+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, consulting, or operational leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Strong systems-thinking and structured problem-solving capability
• Experience building governance frameworks, rollout plans, and executive dashboards
• High comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity
• Strong executive communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field required
Preferred:
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments strongly preferred
• Financial acumen and understanding of margin and utilization dynamics preferred
• MBA or advanced leadership credentials preferred
