This role owns Corporate Initiative Management (CIM) programs and serves as the execution engine for the SPM initiative portfolio. The Strategic Program Manager will translate executive priorities into structured implementation plans, enforce governance cadence, track performance milestones, and ensure enterprise-level initiatives move from strategy to disciplined execution.

    • Ensure initiatives are completed with measurable adoption and impact
  • SPM Portfolio Planning & Governance
    • Maintain and manage the SPM initiative roadmap
    • Establish structured cadence for initiative tracking and reporting
    • Develop dashboards and executive-ready visibility into program status
    • Monitor interdependencies across SPM functions (Resource Operations, HR Operations, Delivery Systems, etc.)
    • Reinforce governance standards and structured execution discipline
  • Execution Architecture & Operational Structuring
    • Convert ambiguous executive concepts into actionable implementation frameworks
    • Develop playbooks, governance documentation, and rollout artifacts
    • Design accountability matrices and milestone tracking systems
    • Support the Director of SPM in prioritizing initiatives based on organizational impact
    • Ensure initiatives align with margin discipline, utilization performance, and structural integrity
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
    • Facilitate structured decision-making across senior leaders
    • Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon milestones
    • Drive clarity in roles, responsibilities, and execution sequencing
    • Support change adoption and communication planning
    • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Director of SPM

QualificationsThe following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.
  • 7-12+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, consulting, or operational leadership roles
    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
    • Experience in professional services or consulting environments strongly preferred
    • Strong systems-thinking and structured problem-solving capability
    • Experience building governance frameworks, rollout plans, and executive dashboards
    • High comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity
    • Strong executive communication skills
    • Financial acumen and understanding of margin and utilization dynamics preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field required
    • MBA or advanced leadership credentials preferred
