Experience Required:

  • Specialist Exp: 10 years in IT; 5 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Project Management
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or delivery lead role in product development, specifically managing complex, multi-workstream enterprise platform integrations or digital transformations.
    • Agile Expertise: Proven experience guiding execution using standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments (including PI planning).
    • Dependency Mapping: Outstanding ability to identify, map, and manage highly complex technical and operational dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
    • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong capability to analyze program metrics, establish quantitative KPIs, and present data-driven insights in a clear, compelling format for executive leadership.
    • Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of aligning and influencing diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders across different organizations.
    • Problem Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with experience managing and negotiating with third-party technology vendors.

Experience Preferred:

    • Technical background (e.g., BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience).
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
