About This Role
In this role, you will independently manage and drive programs and initiatives for the Audible Talent Operations & Programs team. You will lead cross-functional projects from conception to implementation, including process improvements, system enhancements, and change management initiatives. You will ensure successful delivery of key operational improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders across recruiting, HR, and business teams. A key focus area for this role will be supporting Audible's global mobility programs and contingent worker (CW) programs, including providing strategic guidance to Audible managers on contingent workforce planning and strategy, and driving the adoption and operational support of our vendor management system (VMS) tool.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
