Overview
VTG is seeking a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of Task Order execution, including staffing, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to SLAs.
What will you do?
  • Leads planning, execution, and oversight of complex IT and cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and mission priorities.
  • Coordinates resources, schedules, risks, and deliverables across government, contractor, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains program artifacts including integrated master schedules, risk registers, performance reports, and transition plans.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for government leadership on task execution, status updates, and escalation management.
  • Monitors performance metrics, financial execution, and contract compliance to support informed decision-making.
  • Facilitates stakeholder engagement, governance board coordination, and continuous communication across technical and business units.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
  • 7+ years of Program Management experience
  • 6+ years of directly-related professional work experience
  • Bachelors degree in a related field (such as: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management); or possess an advanced degree in a related field with 5+ years of directly-related work experience.
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience managing a Program with more than 50 FTE including multiple subcontractors.
  • Experience managing and IDIQ.
  • Experience managing Software Development/Engineering Programs.
  • Experience managing Completion Based contracts.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
