Job description

Responsibilities
The Director of Mileu Management is responsible for planning, oversight, and directing the clinical operation of the milieu department including budgeting, fiscal management, program operations, compliance, and strategic planning. This role is also responsible for managing and directing the activities of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and facility policy, goals, and objectives. This position contributes to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts, while providing guidance to the MHTs & Milieu Managers.
The individual in this role is part of a team tasked to lead and take ownership for every aspect of service delivery and fiscal operation of the center.

Qualifications
Master's degree in a Human Services or Social Services preferred
3-5 years of manager experience
5-10 years of related work experience preferred
Licensed is a plus
