Job description

Overview of Opportunity 

Two Six Technologies is actively seeking a Director of Program Management - Integration & Deployment Lead to join our Trusted Electronics & Effects team. The team is made up of intelligent individuals passionate about capability integration, RF deployments, and prototype-to-production engineering. The team is growing and looking for someone with an operational testing and mission system architecture background who understands how to integrate new capabilities into operational workflows and drive organic revenue growth. If you are active in user acceptance testing, deployed systems, and program execution excellence, the team wants to talk to you!

This position can be located in either the Herndon, VA or Arlington, VA office.

What you will do:

  • Direct program planning, resourcing, and contract execution for high-visibility programs ($10M or more) integrating capabilities into operational workflows, networks, and mission systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by establishing accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance expectations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage profit/loss, financial risk, and indirect/program budgets with strict discipline around EAC and ETC tracking while maintaining pipeline qualified growth (~20% YoY target).
  • Act as the primary, trusted operational point of contact for COTRs and government stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and maintaining delivery excellence.
  • Drive capability expansion and pipeline development by leading full-lifecycle proposal responses, capture milestone reviews, strategic partnerships, and technical roadmapping for prototype-to-production and next generation operational deployment capabilities.
  • Establish repeatable operational processes and controls that build and maintain program governance, quality execution, and resourcing decisions.
  • Lead technical validation, operational testing, user acceptance, performance assessment, deployment readiness, and device deployments.

What you will need (basic qualifications):

  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering within the defense and intelligence sector.
  • Proven experience establishing engineering processes to harden research prototypes into production-ready, supportable operational solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in leading full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts to achieve revenue growth and maintain pipeline qualified growth (~20% YoY target).
  • Knowledge of reverse engineering, embedded systems, vulnerability research, and AI evaluation frameworks & tools.
  • Demonstrated track record managing $10M+ program portfolios, including profit/loss responsibility, EAC/ETC financial governance, and full-lifecycle proposal capture.

Nice to have (preferred):

  • Hands-on technical background in RF deployments, IoT device security, technical validation, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or an advanced technical degree in engineering or computer science.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
