This position is responsible for the successful planning and execution of critical projects as assigned by senior leaders. Projects may be moderately to highly complex and could involve hands-on work with providers, executives, vendors, or other stakeholders to successfully implement innovative programs, operational processes, and care models. The successful candidate must be able to quickly adapt to different sizes and types of projects and must be able to communicate effectively within and across teams, functional units, and management levels.

*Hybrid opportunity, up to 4x week onsite in Bingham Farms, MI - only local candidates will be considered


Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the full project life cycle including clarifying objectives and priorities, gathering requirements, creating project plans (deliverables, metrics, timelines, owners), obtaining and managing resources, managing budgets, and facilitating project execution, deployment, monitoring, and closure.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement efforts.

  • Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures.

  • Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and departmental success metrics.

  • Provide project management support with minimal oversight, including managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, preparing status reports, and ensuring project status is communicated to all stakeholders.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.

  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

  • Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.

  • Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project
