Position Summary

The On-Site Supervisor oversees daily account activities at designated client locations, delivering exceptional customer service while addressing staffing needs. This role includes sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, coordinating training, and managing employees on-site, as well as ensuring safety and compliance, along with coordinating all related administrative and operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong client relationships by handling all inquiries, concerns, and issues while ensuring consistent quality of service.
  • Efficiently process new orders and ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with the AcroBlue leadership team and the client to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare required reports, including SLAs agreed upon with the client, employee evaluations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Participate in company meetings and contribute to strategic planning as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain attendance records, coordinate new employee onboarding, and manage all pre-assignment paperwork.
  • Source, recruit, and onboard contractors for client positions, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Maintain a consistently qualified and readily available candidate pipeline to support ongoing client staffing needs.
  • Coordinate candidate site visits with client HR and Security teams.
  • Obtain referrals from employees and customers to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs to attract potential candidates.
  • Develop SOPs with the client regarding: Ideal candidate profiles, Client-specific drug and background screening requirements, Performance evaluations, and Acceptable attendance standards
  • Ensure all onboarding paperwork and pre-assignment requirements (I-9s, drug tests, background checks, skill checks, etc.) are completed accurately and timely.
  • Work regularly with contractors to address and resolve employment-related issues.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and counsel site employees on attendance, productivity, and overall job performance.
  • Maintain and document customer and employee activities in the appropriate databases.
  • Oversee time and attendance processes, including time clock reconciliation, invoice comparison, and paycheck distribution.
  • Monitor employee turnover, document causes, and develop strategies to reduce negative turnover.
  • Conduct on-site incident investigations, complete required paperwork, and promote safety policies.
  • Manage Workersโ€™ Compensation-related matters as required.
  • Coordinate conversion of eligible candidates to client employment.
  • Understand the contract between the client and Acro and ensure all actions align with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare client-specific employee handbooks with support from Acro Marketing.
  • Prepare client-specific training handbooks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of on-site operations.


Required Qualifications

Language Skills

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish required to support business and client communication needs.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in HR, Business, or related field

Experience

  • At least five (5) years of related work experience in staffing, temporary employment, manufacturing support operations, human resources, customer service, or account management.
  • Previous experience in roles such as: Recruiter, On-Site Coordinator, Staffing Specialist, and/or Recruitment Coordinator

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build professional relationships with employees, clients, management, and staff at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict professionally and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


Desired Qualifications

Experience

  • Experience sourcing and onboarding employees in light industrial, general manufacturing, and/or automotive environments.
  • Proven recruiting success within the Oakland County / Auburn Hills market.


Physical Demands

  • Frequently required to sit, walk, and stand.
