  • Lead IT transition activities for M&A and divestiture projects
  • Manage infrastructure, systems, applications, and data migration/separation efforts
  • Coordinate work across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track
  • Lead meetings and provide updates to executive leadership teams (ELT)
  • Ensure smooth business operations during organizational transitions
  • Drive timelines, project plans, and stakeholder communication

Requirement:
