IT Program Manager Detroit, MI (Hybrid/Onsite Tues-Thurs) W2 contract role 12+ Months with extension Role Overview The Program Manager for two key IT Directors plays a crucial role in enabling efficient and effective IT operations. This individual would provide strategic support, facilitating communication, and key initiatives.

This position acts as a force multiplier for the IT leadership team, focusing on optimizing performance and driving successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Assists IT Directors in developing, refining, and communicating the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Translates strategic priorities into actionable plans and initiatives, overseeing their implementation and tracking progress.

Identifies and addresses potential knowledge and skill gaps within the IT organization to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Develops and manages key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to monitor IT department performance, including operational efficiency, project delivery, and resource utilization. Analyzes performance data and provides actionable insights to IT Directors for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
