At A Glance

Channel Partners is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Brand Ambassador to represent an innovative mobile screen protection brand.  In this role, you will engage directly with Verizon customers, educate them on a cutting-edge screen protection solution, demonstrate product benefits, and professionally install screen protectors on their devices. This is a highly interactive sales and service position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with technology, building customer relationships, and driving results.

This is a short-term opportunity expected to begin July 13th and run for 4 weeks, offering a consistent Tuesday-Saturday 1 pm - 7 pm schedule and the opportunity to represent an exciting technology brand in a high-traffic retail environment.  If you are passionate about mobile technology, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a retail environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Engage Verizon customers through proactive conversations and product demonstrations
  • Educate customers on the benefits of advanced screen protection technology
  • Demonstrate how the product protects devices from scratches, impacts, and everyday wear and tear
  • Professionally install screen protection products on customer devices
  • Build strong relationships with Verizon store associates and leadership
  • Drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance
  • Maintain product displays and ensure merchandising standards are met
  • Report daily activity, customer interactions, and sales results through company reporting tools
  • Represent both the brand and Channel Partners professionally at all times
What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Experience in sales, demos, and/or customer-facing experience at retail
  • Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, retail, or customer engagement preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport in a retail environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product knowledge
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-first mindset
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail in reporting and task completion
  • Must have access to a smartphone for reporting and communication purposes.
  • Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
