Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position $112,000 - $152,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About the Role:
Provide information technology support to operate and maintain the online application processing, peer review management and applicant notification system providing critical infrastructure for the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) known as PRIMO (Peer Review Management Online).
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
  • Oversee the Department of Education's PRIMO operations and maintenance
  • Generate reports and metrics
  • Help desk SLA/ticket-volume reporting
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Ensure data integrity
  • Backup score-collection procedure during panels
  • Provide help desk support
  • Support virtual panel operations
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience
    • Supporting federal IT operations and maintenance
    • SQL and database management
    • Report generation and data analysis
    • Experience coordinating security compliance activities

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:Preferred: ITIL 4 Foundation, AWS cert., or CompTIA Security+
Other Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
