Job description

Expected Base Pay - $125,000 - $135,000

Established General Contractor focused on medical / healthcare builds throughout the US is seeking to add a Project Manager to their operations at headquarters in Nashville, TN.

The valued prospect will demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of substantial experience contributing to commercial projects consisting of complex medical, mission critical or other technical construction. You must be comfortable leading sizable teams of staff and sub-contractors; interfacing with stakeholders; coordinating with municipal and regulatory authorities; and building relationships with key participants.

  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Utilize construction management software to track progress and manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards on-site.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams.
  • Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly.

This role requires daily duties at HQ's in Nashville, TN and limited overnight travel (couple days per month) to project sites around the US.
