Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Food Safety
  • Comply with CS Basic Policies (TRN-0101, TRN-102, TRN-103, TRN-104, TRN-105, TRN-106)
  • Personal Safety
  • Follow all OSHA requirements for lift truck operation
  • Report all deficiencies to management
  • Transport all materials to designated areas
  • Move products manually and/or as required
  • Able to travel or relocate seasonally
  • Report all injuries, large or small
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Provide data reports to management
  • Communicate with management and other departments
  • Must be able to make independent decisions
  • Lead and develop hourly employees and production team
  • Able to work overtime and weekends if needed
  • Ensure completion of the production schedule
  • Manage cost considerations
  • Assist hourly team leads with people management, such as corrective actions
  • Participate in evaluations for hourly employees
  • Willing to work both shifts, overtime, and weekends
  • Able to work under pressure and within time constraints
  • Work in a cold, wet environment (34-36°F)
  • Other duties as required by Manager

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Interpersonal customer service and communication skills

  • Knowledge of related state and federal regulation (preferred)
