Position: Cannabis Trimmer
Department: Post-Harvest
Employment Type: Temporary, Seasonal, or Full-Time (based on business needs)
Position Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Cannabis Trimmers to join our post-harvest team. This role is responsible for hand-trimming premium cannabis flower to meet the highest quality standards while maintaining production goals in a boutique cultivation environment. Ideal candidates take pride in craftsmanship, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Hand-trim cannabis flower using trimming scissors while preserving bud structure and appearance.
  • Remove excess stems and leaves while maintaining quality standards.
  • Sort, inspect, and grade finished flower for quality and consistency.
  • Weigh, package, label, and prepare finished products as needed.
  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
  • Handle cannabis products with care while minimizing waste.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
  • Assist with additional post-harvest tasks as assigned, including bucking, harvesting, packaging, and facility sanitation.
Qualifications
  • Previous cannabis trimming or post-harvest experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
  • Comfortable sitting or standing for long periods.
