Description
Wei, Wei & Co., LLP (WWC) is a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA firm serving clients across the U.S. and internationally. We are seeking a seasoned Internal Bookkeeping & Billing Specialist to join our internal finance team. This is not an entry-level role—ideal candidates will bring hands-on, lived experience in managing bookkeeping, billing, and financial reporting within a professional services environment.
If you are a detail-driven, proactive professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
  • Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate books, reconcile accounts (bank, credit card, GL), and ensure proper allocation of all transactions.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Prepare timely client invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and proactively resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in monthly/quarterly reporting, and support audits with well-organized documentation.
  • Expense Management: Track expenses, monitor budget adherence, and provide insights on cost control.
  • Collaboration: Partner across teams to ensure accurate billing inputs and maintain open communication with clients when needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years in bookkeeping and billing (CPA firm, law firm, or professional services experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar) and Excel/MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional integrity, discretion with financial information, and excellent communication skills.
This role is a great fit if you thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment, take ownership of your work, and enjoy being a key contributor to the financial stability of the firm.
