  • High School or equivalent
  • RBT Certification (BACB)
  • State Certification (NVABA/Certemy)
  • Available to work at least 15hrs per week (MondaySunday 6:00am9:00pm)

  • Position Overview- Responsibilities and Duties

    The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment programs for clients and families. The programs in the treatment plan are created to help the client become socially significant by increasing skill acquisition and/or decreasing challenging behaviors. RBTs will acquire and build upon valuable career skills, such as:

  • Implementing individualized treatment programs created by a supervising BCBA
  • Implement ABA programs in multiple settings, including clinics, homes, schools, communities, and places of employment. Provide 1:1 treatment for clients in different settings.
  • Implement multiple domains of treatment plan, including: language, social, cognitive, executive functions, adaptive, independent living, preemployment, and vocational skills
  • Record session data for treatment programs and complete progress notes related to the implementation of treatment plans
  • Participate in continuous mentoring and training initiatives
  • Ensure we are providing the highest quality and ethical clinical services
