Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to understand their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Teaching patients effective therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote recovery and strength.
• Administering therapeutic modalities, such as stimulation, massage, and manual therapy, to enhance healing.
• Assisting patients with mobility devices, such as wheelchairs or walkers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintaining accurate patient records to monitor progress, goals, and outcomes.
• Providing guidance for in-home treatment options and exercises to facilitate ongoing recovery.

Our patients range from children to seniors, each with unique needs and diagnoses. Whether working with athletes recovering from injuries or elderly clients regaining their independence after surgery, our Physical Therapists play a crucial role in developing comprehensive care strategies that significantly improve patient outcomes. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and treatment methodologies, with a willingness to learn and grow.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting will be an advantage, especially in managing a diverse clientele and using various therapeutic modalities.
