Job Summary:

South Dade Toyota is seeking a hardworking and highly motivated Full-Time Front Desk Rental Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our rental department. You'll guide customers through the vehicle rental process with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience from check-in to return. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Use and manage various internal systems
  • Assist customers with rental reservations, agreements, payments, and vehicle returns
  • Clearly explain rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and system entries
  • Coordinate vehicle availability with the service and sales departments
  • Maintain organized rental records and manage scheduling through our systems
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and poise
  • Stay up to date on rental inventory, promotions, and company policies

Qualifications:
