This is a fully remote position.


Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Medicare Advantage Sales Agents with a strong background in Hospital Indemnity (Hospital Indemnities) and senior products.

This is a high-volume inbound sales role — no cold calling, no chasing leads. Our in-house marketing team provides a steady flow of qualified prospects ready to enroll.


What You’ll Do
  • Handle 100% inbound calls from pre-qualified seniors

  • Sell Medicare Advantage plans and Hospital Indemnity products

  • Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through enrollment

  • Maintain compliance while closing deals efficiently

  • Meet and exceed weekly sales targets


What We Provide
  • $20/hour base pay (based on experience) 

  • High, performance-based commissions

  • Top agents consistently earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week
  • $50 bonus per closed deal
  • Inbound calls only — no cold calling ever

  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (occasional Saturdays)

What We’re Looking For
  • Active Health Insurance License (multi-state preferred)

  • Experience with Medicare Advantage is required

  • Strong experience selling Hospital Indemnity plans is REQUIRED

  • Proven closer with strong communication skills

  • Coachable, disciplined, and performance-driven

  • Tech-ready:

    • PC/Laptop (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum)

    • Wired internet connection

    • USB headset
