Job description

We're growing rapidly and are seeking an experienced Senior Medicare Sales Trainer & Closer to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a high-performing Medicare sales professional who excels at closing sales, developing agents, and driving team performance.

This is not an entry-level position. We are only considering candidates with a minimum of five (5) years of Medicare phone sales experience. No exceptions.

If you have extensive Medicare sales experience, a deep understanding of CMS compliance, a proven record of closing Medicare sales over the phone, and experience coaching and mentoring others, we'd like to hear from you.

Compensation

  • $65,000 annual salary
  • Full-time position
  • In-office role located in South Florida

Responsibilities

  • Sell Medicare plans primarily over the phone.
  • Train, coach, and mentor Medicare sales agents.
  • Conduct onboarding, sales training, and call coaching sessions.
  • Partner with leadership to improve team performance, conversion rates, and sales results.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with CMS regulations and Medicare guidelines.
  • Serve as the team's Medicare subject matter expert and provide ongoing support to agents.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Medicare phone sales experience (required). No exceptions.
  • Active Health Insurance License (required).
  • Extensive knowledge of Medicare products, enrollment periods, and CMS compliance.
  • Demonstrated success closing Medicare sales over the phone.
  • Experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to leading by example.
