Full-Time Medical Customer Service Representative

We are a fast-paced durable medical equipment (DME) company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask effectively, communicate clearly and professionally, and maintain a friendly and courteous phone presence when assisting patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient demographic information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and internal departments
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Support coordination of services and equipment delivery
