Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-5p (1 hour break + OT pay)
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour based on experience

Job Description for Customer Service Representative:
  • Work on-site in the store front/ service center
  • Promptly greet any walk-in customers
  • Promptly answer phones
  • Process customer sales
  • Demonstrate welding - industry knowledge to best assist customer needs and make recommendations based on needs
  • Build a strong rapport to encourage return customers
  • Safely load products onto trailers and customer transport vehicles
  • Data entry
  • Perform basic arithmetic
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
  • Ability to lift minimally 75lbs independently
  • High school education or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus
  • Inside sales experience preferred such as upselling/suggestive selling within call center or retail environment
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must have welding product knowledge or excitement around learning about the industry
