Are you a hard-working individual looking for a REMOTE work from home position? Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Customer Service Rep. to accompany their team!

Important: Must be available to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Rep.
  • Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
  • Paid Training!!!
  • Equipment Provided (Must be able to pick up in Irving, TX)

Schedule:8am-8pm EST. Monday through Friday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours of operation assigned.)
What you'll do:
  • Handle high volume inbound calls.
  • Outbound calls depending on department needs.
  • Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider
  • Assist callers with information and status of their application
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
  • Provide appropriate customer service and effortless experience to the caller
  • Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Must be available to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices a PLUS!
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
  • Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
  • High-Speed Internet with a wired connection is mandatory. (Mobile hotspots are not accepted)
  • Adhere to all company required KPI's
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
