Job description

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Site Materials Associate for our West Memphis, AR location. Responsibilities include picking customer orders with high accuracy rate and staging the finished product. This position will predominantly work warehouse duties but will make deliveries as needed.

This role will report to the Site Material Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
  • Maintain acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity of products pulled as well as accuracy.
  • Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and by keeping product organized on shelf.
  • Operate any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
  • Maintain material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver materials to customers.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.

 

Qualifications

  • Valid Class “D” driver’s license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Organization and Scheduling
  • Dealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Maintain safety management requirements
  • Assist in maintaining Inventory Control
  • Must possess a “Can Do” team-player attitude at all times
  • 12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing/being on your feet throughout the day
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times
