The Surgery Center of Allentown, located in Allentown, PA., is a freestanding ambulatory multi specialist surgery center. At the Surgery Center of Allentown, we provide high quality outpatient surgical care to the people of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas in a pleasant and convenient environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining adequate supplies of inventory for the facility and receiving all items coming into the facility.
  • Maintenance of essential facility systems, including the Katbar, boiler, and generator.
  • Evaluates quality and cost of supplies and negotiates prices as needed with sales representatives.
  • Assists with accounts payable process. Helps with annual inventory count.
  • Utilizes computer system to order supplies and maintain inventory system.
  • Manage all facilities functions and maintains log books, which includes, but is not limited to, generator testing, temp/humidity testing, medical gas testing, and emergency lighting testing.
