This position will help ensure materials are accurately tracked, organized, received, staged, and issued while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and update orders, shipments, and inventory records in internal systems. Support receiving and shipping activities, including processing paperwork, labels, and bills of lading. Track inventory, perform basic stock checks, and report discrepancies. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Support material staging, organization, and issuance to internal teams. Coordinate incoming deliveries, pickups, and basic logistics follow-ups. Assist with warehouse floor management and ensure materials are properly organized and staged. Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, supervisors, and internal departments. Identify and escalate inventory, shipping, receiving, or logistics issues. Maintain accurate documentation and provide general administrative support to the warehouse team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory, logistics, or material management preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Comfortable with data entry, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel.
