Manager, Administrative II
On-site

Location: San Diego, CA - This role requires full-time, on-site work in San Diego, CA. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not offered at this time.

This position is contingent upon contract award.


General Duties and Responsibilities

The Administrative Manager coordinates and supports organizational services to ensure efficient daily operations. This role oversees a wide range of administrative and operational functions, including:

  • Secretarial and reception services

  • General administration and payroll coordination

  • Conference planning and travel support

  • Information and data processing

  • Mail services, materials scheduling, and distribution

  • Printing and reproduction services

  • Records management

  • Telecommunications management

  • Security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal

The Administrative Manager is also responsible for:

  • Implementing procedures to improve productivity and customer service

  • Acquiring, distributing, and storing supplies, and overseeing the disposal of surplus or unclaimed property

  • Coordinating the physical workplace to align people, processes, and organizational needs


Desired Specialized Functional Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting DTS Help Desk operations and/or Government Travel Card programs


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience


Clearance
  • Active Secret clearance preferred but not required

  • Must have the ability to obtain a government security clearance
