Job description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Returns Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient operation within our returns processing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing returns, managing inventory, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. 
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and inspect returned apparel items for damages or discrepancies according to company standards.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system.
- Prepare items for restocking or refurbishing as necessary.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address return-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse space to optimize efficiency and workflow.
- Ensure proper handling and packaging of items to prevent damage during return shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in warehouse management is a plus.
