Material Management Supervisor Monday -Friday Plus call
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Interim Material Management Manager to oversee our inventory and supply chain operations during a transitional period. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical processes, optimize material flow, and ensure seamless operations within our organization. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to manage our material resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of material management, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Lead and motivate the material management team, providing guidance and support during the interim period.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to material handling and storage.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, material usage, and supply chain performance for senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in material management.
