Job Description This position performs work requiring advanced knowledge which is predominantly intellectual in character and which routinely exercises discretion and judgment

The advanced knowledge is in a field of science or learning and gained through a prolonged course of specialized intellectual instruction, experience, and expertise acquired in the field. Scope This position serves as a material planning, purchasing, expediting, logistics or field purchasing team member who, with guidance from Purchasing Management, handles project material or non-project procurement support for an office, group of overhead departments or indirect procurement category within established Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures. This role assists other material management specialists and technicians, as required.

At the Piketon (ACPx) site, this role covers the Warehouse Material Receiver, Tool Room Attendant, Receiver and Shipping, and Warehouse Associate positions, responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tool room support for the site warehouse. Basic Job Requirements Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements Manage material orders with oversight from Material Management. Monitor and report supplier's performance toward completion of all deliverables in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Purchase Order.

Collaborate across all disciplines including Material Management, Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS)/Quality, Engineering, Project Data & Document Management (PDDM) and Construction. Generate documents, organize and manage files, and maintain tracking data and reports. Perform routine activities to ensure timely delivery of material to support construction or other activities.

Conduct bid clarifications, pre-award, post award, supplier schedule/quality recovery meetings. Identify and qualify potential bidders for purchases and contracts. Perform data entry proficiently in the Material Management Work Process with the approved Corporate Reference Tool for Material Management to facilitate project requirements.

Maintain the highest ethical standards of Material Management professional responsibility. Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines. Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff. Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards. Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.

Review shipment schedules and prepare for incoming deliveries, coordinating equipment, space, and inspection needs. Check in delivery trucks, verify delivery paperwork, and unload shipments; count and inspect materials for damage as they come off the truck. Verify each delivery against the purchase order and packing list to confirm correct items, quantities, and required certifications.

Preferred Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen Set aside damaged, incomplete, mislabeled, or unauthorized material in a hold area and document the issue with photos within 24 hours. Tag and label received material with location, PO, and traceability information, applying protective coatings or wrapping as needed

Enter each receipt into the material management system the same day and move accepted material to its assigned storage location. Receive, inspect, and properly store specialty items such as cable drums. Pick, verify, and stage materials for issue to Construction, and issue/receive tools using the site's tool check-out system.

Support periodic inventory counts, track shelf-life items, and remove expired materials from storage. Process outbound shipments such as returns, rentals, and transfers, and complete a daily summary of all material received. Other duties as assigned.
