About the Inside Partner Manager USPS - NetApp:

The Inside Partner Manager for USPSis responsible fordriving growth, performance, and engagement across a defined set of USPS-aligned reseller accounts. This role focuses on managing and enabling partners, ensuring they are equipped to position and sell solutions effectively into the USPS ecosystem. The position requires a mix of relationship management, sales execution, operational coordination, and strategic account planning.

Location:US - Remote

What Will You Do?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned USPS resellers.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner sales reps, leadership teams, and operational staff.

  • Execute regular business reviews to discuss performance, opportunity pipeline, and strategic initiatives.

  • Provide partners with training, product updates, sales collateral, and competitive positioning.

  • Support partner-driven prospecting and sales motions aimed at USPS-specific opportunities.

  • Identifyand help pursue new business opportunities within existing USPS territories and channels.

  • Monitor and support active deals to accelerate sales cycles and remove roadblocks.

  • Ensure partners meet compliance, certification, and operational standardsrequiredfor USPS engagement.

  • Communicate program changes, incentive structures, and promotional offers.

  • Track partner performance against KPIs andassistpartners in developing growth plans.

  • Develop and execute partner business plans aligned with USPS priorities and organizational goals.

  • Maintainaccurateforecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in CRM systems.

  • Provide insights on partner trends, USPS market dynamics, and competitive shifts.

  • Work with internal sales, partner marketing, product, and operations teams to support partner success.

  • Coordinate with field sales teams to align partner activities with USPS account strategies.

  • Participatein internal planning sessions to advocate for partner needs and market realities.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • 3-5 years of channel sales, partner management, or general sales experience

  • Experience in the FED/SLED sectorsis required

  • Excellent communication and sales skills

  • Strong knowledge of marketing, client relations, and account management

  • Ability tocomprehendstorage technology and cloud technology

  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; needs minimal supervision, results-oriented

  • Strong analytical skills in aggregating,utilizing, and interpreting data

  • Strong understanding of MS Office products, with an advancedproficiencyin Excel

  • Previousexperience working with Distributors preferred

Compensation Range: $60,00.00- $65,000.00USD

The hourly pay for this position is $28.85. Thispaystructure may also include a variable bonuscomponentof$5,000.00 annually.
