Job Responsibilities
  • Supervisory of manufacturing associates on lines.
  • Reduces Overtime.
  • Trains, assigns and directs employees.
  • Completes Performance Apprises.
  • Enforces disciplinary action in accordance with Company policy.
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Supports associates in performing daily tasks according to standard work instructions.
  • Informs Area Production Manager of all quality issues.
  • Maintains 5S standards.
  • Inspects parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Directs associates in adjusting machinery to correct product quality issues.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Identifies ways to improve efficiency through changes in working conditions and equipment use.
  • Develops and maintains cross-training of associates to maintain progress records.
  • Writes Detail Process Sheets and Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
  • Monitors associates and controls to effectively meet requirements while reporting to plant management.
  • Follows all RCRA aspects of packaging, labeling, handling, and manifesting hazardous waste.
  • Maintains SQDCME boards.
  • Controls all TPM Goals.
  • OVERTIME IS REQUIRED IF NEEDED.

Required Education and/or Experience:
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
  • Experience in a Continuous Improvement Environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 50 pounds

  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old
