Job Summary
Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor to lead, develop, and elevate its manufacturing engineering and technician team. This role is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving operational efficiency, enhancing product quality, and supporting the company’s industrial, aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial product lines.

The Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor serves as a critical link between engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and leadership. This role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within advanced manufacturing environments involving engineered materials and precision assemblies.


Key Responsibilities
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Evaluate and refine manufacturing processes to improve throughput, reduce waste, and strengthen product quality.
• Partner with production and quality teams to identify and resolve daily technical issues.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, including control plans, standard work, and work instructions.
• Lead initiatives related to process optimization, workflow improvements, and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and promote a culture of safe work practices.
• Track and report key performance metrics to leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance equipment performance and optimize materials used in production.


Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.
• Skilled in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross‑functionally.


Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; Syteline preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical devices.
