Job description
In addition to program-level execution, this role supports the team by helping bring structure, consistency, and scalability to our Performance Excellence efforts. This includes aligning initiatives across campuses, identifying opportunities for standardization and replication, and ensuring our programs are coordinated, measured, and continuously improved over time.

Additional responsibilities include developing the site visit program and leadership engagements, developing and supporting video production strategy, and promoting internal improvement work across the system. The role also contributes to external visibility through social and conference strategy, article placement, and storytelling of Performance Excellence efforts.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building across departments, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying on deadline. The Program Manager will also support and optimize workflows using tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and emerging AI capabilities to enhance reporting, communication, and efficiency.
