Manager, Performance Management (Remote)
Full time, United States, Canada
The Manager Performance Management drives data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights that optimize supplier performance and support commercial strategy. This role translates complex data into meaningful analytics, identifies opportunities to improve share and earn rate, and partners cross-functionally to enhance reporting, support forecasting, and improve overall performance outcomes.
As a Manager, Performance Management, you will
  • Monitor key strategic suppliers to proactively address market changes and identify revenue opportunities
  • Develop and maintain supplier performance models used to track fulfilment and drive business decision
  • Present findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish standardized performance frameworks, KPIs, and methodologies (e.g., QSI, share analysis)
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends while evaluating whether industry changes have potential to impact BCD's busines
  • Leverage existing reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications to analyze data against contract models and assess strategic options
  • Conduct analysis on ad hoc market, supplier, or client changes, evaluating their potential impact on performance and revenue
  • Support team in data analysis for quarterly business reviews
  • Assist in deal performance analytics and support regional and global supplier proposals for forecasting
  • Use supplier, internal, and 3rd-party data to develop interactive reporting that tracks supplier contractual performance, ensuring optimal revenues and earnings rates
  • Communicate the analyses in an effective manner with internal regional teams and illustrate recommended levers to act upon analytical findings
  • Utilize supplier and internal data to increase accuracy of supplier projections for monthly accruals

  • Prior experience in the travel industry, focused on air and/or hotel
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and/or SQL
  • Fluent in business English
