Work You'll Do

As a Consultant, you will support Deloitte engagement teams in helping clients improve sales planning, forecasting, compensation, and revenue performance through Anaplan, Pigment, and related planning technologies.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze client business processes and participate in discovery activities to document requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Configure and support Anaplan and/or Pigment models, including modules, calculations, dashboards, reports, workflows, and user access.
  • Support data mapping, integrations, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation activities across CRM, ERP, HCM, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Develop client deliverables and contribute to workshops, solution demonstrations, status updates, training materials, and stakeholder presentations.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Required:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, systems consulting, sales operations, sales compensation, financial planning, or technology implementation.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, implementing, or supporting Anaplan and/or Pigment solutions.
  • Experience with data hubs, data flows, imports, exports, mappings, transformations, or model-to-model data movement.
  • Experience supporting at least one end-to-end implementation or major enhancement of Anaplan, Pigment, or another enterprise planning or Sales Performance Management platform.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience with Anaplan and/or Pigment.
  • Anaplan certification or hands-on Pigment implementation experience.
  • Experience with sales planning, quota and territory planning, incentive compensation, forecasting, workforce planning, or financial planning.
  • Experience with other Sales Performance Management platforms, such as Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation, Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or similar technologies.
  • Prior experience with a Big Four firm or management consulting organization.
  • Advanced degree in business, technology, finance, or a related discipline.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 - $170,900.
