Overview

We are looking for a Performance Manager with a strong focus on performance marketing and digital media activation, responsible for planning, optimizing, and driving campaigns that maximize business results across multiple digital channels.

This role is centered around data-driven decision making, campaign optimization, audience strategy, and performance analysis, working closely with media, analytics, creative, and client teams to deliver measurable growth, improve ROI, and continuously enhance campaign effectiveness across all digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with strategic thinking, leveraging insights, technology, and best practices to identify opportunities, improve performance, and achieve client business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic liaison between client and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Present strategies, campaigns, and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +4-6 years of experience in Brand Management, Strategic Planning, or Marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in building and managing brands and delivering branding campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and campaign development.
  • Fluent English level (C1), which will be assessed during the interview process by the Talent Acquisition team.
