Join Finance Shared Services to drive business transformation through data-driven insights. In this pivotal role of Manager, Performance Management and Analytics, you'll partner with senior leadership to unlock the full potential of our organization's data, translating complex information into actionable recommendations that shape our strategic direction.

What will you do?

Analytics & Insights

  • Lead portfolio reporting initiatives that showcase FSS performance across all dimensions
  • Develop and communicate executive-level insights that inform OKR/KPI planning and business strategy
  • Identify high-value analytics opportunities and champion their adoption across the organization

Data Infrastructure & Tools

  • Design and optimize reporting dashboards and data visualization tools using Tableau
  • Build and maintain robust data transformation pipelines and ETL processes using SQL and Python
  • Collaborate with technology partners to enhance data infrastructure and streamline reporting processes

Business Impact

  • Translate complex business requirements into data-driven strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyze user behavior patterns to inform in-house product improvements and enhance user experience
  • Work independently to solve challenging, multifaceted problems using advanced analytical and statistical approaches

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and predictive modeling
  • Expert-level proficiency with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • 3+ years implementing data visualization solutions (Tableau experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
  • Track record leading projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness

Nice to Have

  • Experience with long-term business planning and performance tracking
  • Expertise championing best practices for Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
