We are seeking a highly analytical and results-orientedย Manager, Performance Management to support business growth, strategic decision-making, and performance optimization across the organization. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, developing scalable data models, and delivering advanced analytics that influence key business initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to understand performance drivers, identify growth opportunities, and provide fact-based recommendations that support strategic priorities. They will play a critical role in building and enhancing reporting infrastructure, improving data quality and governance, and delivering executive-ready insights and presentations for senior leadership.

This role combines business acumen, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between data and decision-making.

What you will do Performance Analytics & Business Insights
  • Lead the development and delivery of performance reporting, KPI scorecards, dashboards, and executive-level analytics.
  • Analyze business performance trends, identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to assess business growth, client engagement, retention, sales effectiveness, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover drivers of performance and support strategic business decisions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling business narratives.
Data Engineering & Data Management
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and datasets that support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to improve data architecture, data quality, governance, and accessibility.
  • Build and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure consistency in KPI definitions, business rules, and reporting methodologies across teams.
  • Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.
Advanced Analytics
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to support business growth, retention, client behavior analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Develop predictive models, segmentation frameworks, and performance measurement approaches to improve business outcomes.
  • Leverage statistical analysis and data visualization tools to generate meaningful insights.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and experimentation.
Stakeholder Management & Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to define business requirements and analytics priorities.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing analytical expertise, business case development, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive growth.
Executive Reporting & Presentations
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and performance updates for senior leadership.
  • Create compelling visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate business trends and strategic insights.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources into concise recommendations and action plans.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is considered an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, performance management, strategy, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Experience building data models and reporting solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience building and maintaining data models and reporting solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is an asset.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The base salary for this position is between $102,000 - $152,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
