Job description

This is a New York City, NY, based position that works both in-office (2 days/week) and remotely. #LI-Hybrid

DIRECTV is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Programmatic Performance Management professional to join our growing digital advertising team. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our internal platforms and external partners, driving performance across our programmatic OTT/CTV product suite. You'll work at the intersection of technology, data, and strategy-monitoring delivery, optimizing revenue, and building strong cross-functional relationships with Programmatic Account Management, Diversified Demand, and DSP/SSP Partnership teams. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen expertise while becoming a subject matter expert in a fast-evolving space and make a tangible impact on DIRECTV's advertising performance and revenue growth.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Responsible for reporting and daily management in our internal (Looker) and external platforms (SSP and Ad Serving Technology) for partnerships inclusive of local and resellers.
  • Work closely with Programmatic Account Management and Diversified Demand teams to supportclient requests, and general capability inquiries based on client's criteria, KPIs, and targeting parameters.
  • Manage and closely monitor DIRECTV's programmatic performance to ensure optimal delivery,provide recommendations, and maximize revenue across our programmatic product suite.
  • Develop deep understanding of DIRECTV's programmatic OTT/CTV offering, strategy, best practices, capabilities, and products to educate and evangelize both internally and externally serving as a programmatic subject matter expert.
  • Work closely with the DSP Partnership's Lead to build and maintain partner pacing reports in DIRECTV's reporting tool.
  • Collaborate closely with SSP Partnerships to monitor inventory quality, signal strength, bid density, and demand performance.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in digital advertising, media, or related internship experience.
  • Basic understanding of programmatic advertising concepts (RTB, PMP, programmatic guaranteed).
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well with others and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience working in MS Office and Excel including, PPT, pivot tables and manipulation of large data sets.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, while paying close attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate ability to continuously learn and incorporate feedback to improve workflows and processes.
  • Prioritize work based on strategicvalue andmanage multiple account challenges at the same time.
