  • Stay ahead of trends, comp set performance, and industry shifts to keep DHM competitive.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven hotel sales experience with measurable success.
  • Brands: Multi-brand background strongly preferred (Choice, IHG, Marriott).
  • Expertise: High-level understanding of LNR/KNR programs and RFP processes.
  • Leadership: Experience managing sales teams or overseeing sales across multiple properties.
  • Personality: Energetic, strategic, relationship-driven, and passionate about hospitality.
What’s in It for You?
  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The chance to work with world-class hotel brands.
  • Career growth opportunities in a dynamic, expanding company.
  • A workplace where your ideas matter and your successes are celebrated.
