We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth, build strong referral partnerships, and represent our community with professionalism, compassion, and purpose. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader who is passionate about connecting with people, driving results, and helping seniors and their families navigate an important life transition.

  • Competitive Pay - $65,000 - 70,000 annually.
    • The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

What You'll Do
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
  • Conduct engaging community tours for prospective residents and their families
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospects, identify their needs, and guide them through the decision-making process
  • Manage the full sales pipeline while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed occupancy goals
  • Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local professionals
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Regional Sales leadership on marketing strategies and outreach initiatives
  • Coordinate and participate in networking events, community outreach, and local marketing activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
  • Ensure a smooth, welcoming move-in experience for new residents and their families
