The mission of the Digital Product Management Department is to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and manage our digital products that deliver differentiated experiences to our clients.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Digital Product Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for defining and delivering product solutions across our digital ecosystem to ensure world-class experiences with every customer interaction. In this role, you will shape and deliver solutions while leveraging agile methodologies and fostering an exciting, unified, and high-performing work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Design, Frontend & Backend Technology, Data & Analytics, User Research, A/B Optimization, and more to deliver customer and company value across our channels (which may include web, app, omni-channel or digital marketing). THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Product Management, you will lead the team to:

  • Deliver world-class digital experiences and technical capabilities, powering exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Stay at the forefront of the external digital product landscape, identifying opportunities for continuous enhancement and innovation
  • Assess product opportunities rigorously, determining the optimal solutions to deliver exceptional business results
  • Transform prioritized opportunities into high-impact, customer-centered solutions
  • Continuously monitor product performance against KPIs, identifying and planning for immediate and future optimizations
  • Ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Business Support partners to effectively manage daily department functions, support corporate objectives, and foster career development and a positive employee experience
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for product roadmap, definition, performance, and delivery to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Product Management, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Digital Product Management
  • A passion for digital brand experience and the customer journey
  • Familiarity with common retail technologies (e.g. eCommerce systems, product and customer data, analytics)
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • Proven ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes
  • Ability to set clear objectives and design strategies that inspire and align the team

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
