Director of Franchise Operations, Water Wings

***Relocating to Las Colinas October 2026***
Role Summary:
This role will lead franchise operations for Water Wings, driving performance, consistency, and operational excellence across franchise locations. The Director will partner closely with franchisees to support growth, improve execution, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise performance: Drive operational performance across franchise units, including revenue growth, unit level economics, and key KPIs
  • Franchisee partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to franchisees, providing coaching, guidance, and support to improve business outcomes
  • Operational execution: Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, programs, and initiatives across all locations
  • Field support: Lead field operations strategy, including site visits, performance reviews, and action planning
  • New unit openings: Partner with real estate and buildout teams to support successful franchise openings and ramp up
  • Training and development: Collaborate on onboarding and ongoing training programs for franchisees and their teams
  • Cross functional alignment: Work closely with marketing, training, and support teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational systems, tools, and playbooks
Qualifications:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, franchising, or retail/service environments
  • Proven track record of driving performance across multiple locations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience supporting or working within franchise models preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support the franchise network
