The Business Development Manager (BDM) must understand the implications their plans have on brand strategies and the broader marketplace. The BDM will lead Joint Business Planning and work alongside key customer contacts to gain alignment on goals and plans. You?ll then collaborate with the customer and internal stakeholders to execute the plan and check/adjust as necessary.

Internally, the BDM is responsible for leading key planning processes and engagements, including Annual Operating Plan and other tasks as needed to ensure alignment with HQ Strategies.
