Resilient Enterprises is actively hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our growing outreach and event marketing team. This full-time position is ideal for motivated individuals interested in business development, marketing, customer engagement, nonprofit outreach, and fundraising.

No experience is required - paid training is provided. We are looking for career-driven candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments.

Responsibilities
  • Support business development and community outreach campaigns
  • Engage with customers and community members at live events and promotional activations
  • Represent nonprofit partners and fundraising initiatives professionally
  • Build relationships with supporters, donors, and event attendees
